Where are you located?

We currently have one hub in Lisbon and plan to expand into more hubs soon! In Lisbon we are located at Rainha Dona Leonor School. You enter through the secondary school door (gray gate) in front of Rua Silva e Albuquerque 25, 1700-343 Lisbon and you can use this address if you are coming by uber. Roma or Alvalade subway stations are both near.

What events do you organize?

We have regular community gatherings every Saturday, including holidays. Ping Pong and Volleyball have two time slots - morning slot from 11am to 1pm or afternoon slot from 1pm to 3pm. Roller Skating also has two afternoon slots - from 3pm to 5pm and 5pm to 7pm. all gatherings are for all levels and very inclusive to families and kids. We also organize parties for adults (birthday and bachelor/ette parties) and for kids (kids & family birthday parties) and corporate team building events.

How do I sign up for the gatherings?

Simply visit our website www.soulfamilygatherings.com and check all the dates there. Click on the gathering you wish to attend and follow the registration instructions.

Do I need to bring company?

Not at all! You're more than welcome to join our gatherings solo. It's a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and have a great time.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No! We provide all the equipment. For Ping Pong - rackets, balls, nets, tables and for Roller Skating - rollers (both quads and inline skates for all sizes - kids and adults), protection gear! All you need to bring is great energy, comfortable clothes, and something to drink.

Can I participate in the gatherings if I've never played/skated before?

Absolutely! All of our gatherings are beginner-friendly, and we encourage newcomers to join and have fun learning.

Are you gatherings suitable for all skill levels?

Absolutely! We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Our gatherings are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

Do I need to be a member?

You don't need to be a member. You can come as you wish and just book the gatherings you wish to attend.

Is there an age restriction?

Our gatherings are open to all ages. Our youngest member is 3 and the oldest 74 years old, so don't let age turn you down.

How much does it cost to play?

You can check the participation cost on the gatherings page.

Do I need to book my attendance in advance?

We usually recommend you register ahead! We can’t guarantee that there will be spots available for attendees who arrive without a previously bought ticket.

Are spectators allowed at gatherings?

Yes, spectators are more than welcome to cheer on participants!

How do I stay updated on upcoming gatherings and announcements?

Can I buy drinks or food inside?

We don't sell food or drinks. However, you can buy outside since there are several cafes with yummy food and snacks.

Can I bring my own music playlist?

You can suggest music and we will do our best to accommodate!

Can I cancel my ticket?

Unfortunately we can´t do refunds on booked tickets.

Where do you organize the parties?

We organize parties for adults (birthday and bachelor/ette parties) and for kids (kids & family birthday parties). All parties have games together with music and art. You can choose to include Ping Pong or Roller Skating.

Can I invite friends who have never played/skated before?

Absolutely! All of our parties are beginner-friendly and designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

Is there an age restriction for the parties?

We suggest a minimum age of 3 so we can keep everyone entertained. There is no restriction for how old your party friend can be. Our oldest member is 74 years old, so don't let age turn you down.

How much does it cost to party with you?

You can check the party cost for adults and kids on the parties page.

Do I need to book the party in advance?

You can book up to one week before the date! We can’t guarantee that there will be spots available for attendees who book after that. Once you book we can´t reimburse you for the ticket, in case you need to cancel.

Can I buy drinks or food inside?

We don't sell or include food or drinks in the parties package. However, you can buy outside since there are several cafes with yummy food and snacks.

Can I bring my own decorations or catering?

You are more than welcome to bring your decorations inside our venue. However, for food we ask to do it outside of our venue so that we can keep it clean and ready for the next gathering or party.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

There is a minimum of 10 guests but no maximum needed. We have enough equipment and space for you to invite your big soul family.

How long does the party last?

All our parties last 2 hours. You can book from 11am to 1pm, from 1pm-3pm or 3pm-5pm.

Can I bring my own music playlist?

You can suggest music and we will do our best to accommodate!

Team building FAQs

We currently do most of our team building in Lisbon at Rainha Dona Leonor School. You enter through the secondary school door (gray gate) in front of Rua Silva e Albuquerque 25, 1700-343 Lisbon and you can use this address if you are coming by uber. Roma or Alvalade subway stations are both near. Depending on the time and date, we might have to change to another location in Lisbon.

What type of team buildings do you organize?

We organize team building activities, corporate events and office celebrations. All events consist of activities like fun games related to Roller Skating like the soul train, simple dance choreographies for both small and bigger groups. All the games were adapted to make team wins more valuable than individual players or teams and we have a lot of outside of the box tweaks.

How long do team building events typically last?

Usually our team buildings last 2 hours but we can arrange a different time if you prefer a longer version.

Can you accommodate specific team building objectives or themes?

How far in advance should I book a teambuilding event?

We recommend you book 3 weeks before the event date.

Do you provide catering?

Our prices do not include catering, but we have partners that can provide that for you.

Do you provide facilitators for team building activities?

We always have at least 2 experienced facilitators to lead and guide your team building activities. Our skilled professionals ensure a smooth and engaging experience, allowing your team to fully immerse themselves in the activities and achieve your desired outcomes.
