PAYMENTS

We set up our main currency in EUR. However your card will be charged by the correspondent amount in your local currency. Since payment transactions are controlled by 3rd party, the exchange rate charged is their responsibility.

If the payment is made by debit card or PayPal, Soul Family Gatherings will take payment at the point the purchase is completed on the website.

We accept several payments methods, namely: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Stripe.

Tickets purchased for our gatherings, parties or teambuildings are non-refundable.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Soul Family Gatherings.

Soul Family Gatherings has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Soul Family Gatherings shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Soul Family Gatherings trademark is registered at European Union Intellectual Property Office.

You may not use our materials, namely logo, texts and pictures unless they have been expressly provided them for your usage (for instance in our press kit) they may not be used without our explicit consent.

CHANGES

Soul Family Gatherings reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will aim to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Soul Family Gatherings is represented by a commercial company and values transparency and compliance in all the processes and interaction with users and customers.

By filling data boxes in our site (giving us your email to subscribe our newsletter), you are voluntarily allowing the collection and processing of the information supplied as well as authorizing its insertion into a database, which Soul Family Gatherings will use exclusively for its own marketing and communication purposes.
